FAQ

What time can I arrive?

Please note that arrivals are possible every day before and after the season, from 2pm to 6pm. Outside these times, please contact us by telephone on 02 51 33 56 57.

During July and August, arrivals are only possible on Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Mobile home: can we arrive on the day we want?

For the period from April to June and September, you can arrive on the day of your choice.
However, during the high season (July and August), arrivals are only possible on Saturdays.

I won't arrive until the next day / I'll leave the day before...

Please note that the campsite will not refund late arrivals or early departures. Please let us know by telephone if you wish to change your arrival time (arriving the next day) or departure time (leaving the day before).

Will I have to pay a deposit for my stay?

Yes, a deposit of €280 is required for all accommodation rentals. This deposit will be requested on arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay, subject to an inventory of fixtures on departure.

Is end-of-stay cleaning included in my booking?

No, end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the booking. It is, however, optional and can be carried out for a supplement of €80.
If you would like to add this option to your booking, please let us know in advance.

Can I arrive after reception has closed?

If you wish to arrive late, please inform us by telephone so that we can organise your arrival in the best possible conditions.

What is the maximum capacity of my accommodation?

How does entry/exit work in the car?

When you arrive, you will be given an access badge that will allow you to pass through the barrier and enter the campsite. This badge is to be used each time you enter the campsite; you are free to leave the campsite by car. The badge must be returned on the day of your departure.

Can I put up a barnum, tent or other structure on my mobile home pitch?

It is not permitted to install a barnum, tent or any other additional structure on a mobile home pitch. These installations must be reserved for pitches specifically designated for this purpose.

I've got one more person to sleep...

Any additional persons must be registered on arrival. Additional charges will be applied subject to the capacity of the accommodation.

I prefer a mobile home...

We understand your preference for a mobile home and would be delighted to offer you one! We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

When do I pay my deposit and balance?

"The deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival at the campsite. For pitches, the balance must be paid on the day of your arrival.
