We enjoy researching our future explorations. We like to compare prices. Reading reviews on specialist websites before booking a restaurant. And we love sharing photos of our holidays with family and friends.
A service we want, whatever the cost
It's true that some campsites proclaim loud and clear that they offer free wifi. But we've already been confronted with this kind of phenomenon. One wifi access for hundreds of people: just imagine! You'd have seen the teenagers all glued to the reception of the campsite we stayed at last year, trying to get as close as possible to the wifi. And in the end, the bandwidth ... well, it wasn't getting through! And just when we wanted to launch our app to estimate how long it would take to get to our destination for the day, well, it just wasn't possible! So, not knowing what the network will be like in the Vendée, we're prepared to pay an extra service appropriate. Especially as price are very reasonable at the campsite we visited.
A really well-located campsite in the Vendée
After several hours of searching for the ideal campsite, the one that matched our expectations, we decided to go away for a fortnight to the camping le Bosquet. This campsite with wifi access is located in Jard sur Mer in the Vendée. In this small family village, we'll be in the peace and quiet, but close to everything. Les Sables d'Olonne, St Gilles Croix de Vie, Longeville sur Mer, la Tranche sur Mer ... so many famous seaside resorts in the area and we'll be right in the middle of them all. The same goes for the leisure parks. In just a few minutes, we can explore the Château des Aventuriers, Indian Forest, O'Gliss Park and even go as far as the Marais Poitevin or the famous Puy du Fou.
