With the major charges we recently had to pay on our car, we thought we'd give up on holidays. However, it was important to get away and clear our heads after a year that has seen a number of upheavals in our professional lives. So we selected cheap camping in Jard sur Mer. This corner of the Vendée is the ideal compromise, as it only takes half a day to get there. What's more, we were sure to be spoilt for choice with all the different panoramas on offer.
We have chosen Camping le Bosquet, a cheap camping à Jard sur Mer which lived up to all its promises with a 100% nature holiday. After dropping our suitcases on our locationThe car keys were put away and we spent our holiday on foot and by bike.
It was easy to get there on foot as everything was around the site. We were 150 metres from the beachWe were able to take advantage of both the swimming and fishing beaches. It was a delight to be able to savour freshly caught seafood. And to make life easier, we were also close to the town centre and the shops.
We were able to get together as a family in a natural and authentic setting at a reasonable price. What's more, thanks to these affordable rates, we were able to treat the children, as well as ourselves, by going to restaurants and discovering certain theme parks such as Puy du Fou and the Château des Aventuriers.
This stay in this cheap camping in Jard sur Mer was really excellent. We loved it so much that we are seriously considering booking here again. It's such a great idea to get to the seaside without breaking the bank that it would be a shame not to do it again!
